Ray Johnston Joins Josh Beckett and Texas Music Artists For 6th Annual Beckett Bowl Concert

Wade Bowen, Kevin Fowler, Cody Canada, Pat Green, Randy Rogers, Ray Johnston and Reckless Kelly?s Willy and Cody Braun with brothers Micky and Gary are among the Texas country-rockers slated to perform at the Beckett Bowl 10 Man Jam, 10 p.m. Monday, Aug. 20, at the House of Blues Boston, 15 Lansdowne St.
The concert follows veteran Boston Red Sox pitcher Josh Beckett?s sixth annual Beckett Bowl at Jillian?s Lucky Strike Lanes, where Boston celebrities and athletes will help raise funds to "Strike out Cancer." ??
Up-and-comer Johnston, a former Dallas Mavericks point guard and five-time leukemia survivor, will showcase tunes from his new album, Against The Grain, to be released nationwide Sept. 25.?Matt Cline, Roger Creager, Casey Donahew, Rodney Hayden, the Herland Brothers Band, Seth James, Stoney LaRue and Kyle Park also will perform.
