Realtor designations ? Avery-Ayers & Associates

Designation & CertificationsRealtor Designations & Certifications

Many REALTORS?, such as ourselves, have alphabet soup after our names. Just like doctors who have acronyms such as PHDs, our industry also offers continued educations for those who choose to improve themselves. What they means to you is that you are hiring a real estate agent with higher qualifications and knowledge.

Here are some of the popularly know designations and certifications that we have achieved.

AHWD (At Home with Diversity) ? AHWD is part of a comprehensive cultural diversity outreach program that helps real estate agents understand and serve culturally diverse consumers.

CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Experts) ? The CDPE has a thorough understanding of complex issues in today?s turbulent real estate industry and knowledge of foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners. CDPEs can provide solutions, specifically short sales, for homeowners facing market hardships.

CHS ( Certified HAFA Specialist) ? The CHS training program provides real estate professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to master the HAFA short sale program.

CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist Network) ? The CIPS Network is the specialty membership group for international practitioners of the National Association of REALTORS?. Florida attracts about 25% of all international buyers in the US. Our area attracts about 11% of that market.

CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) ? A Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist is recognized as the mark of accomplishment in luxury markets. it assures affluent buyer and sellers that the agents has earned the knowledge, experience and confidence they require.

CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) ? CRS designees focus on home buying and selling, ethical standards, technological expertise, in-depth knowledge of neighborhoods, a high level of professionalism and commitment and an ability to maximize client profits and minimize client costs. Less than 3% of all REALTORS? have achieved the CRS designation.

GRI (Graduate REALTOR? Insitute) ? Members involved in residential real estate who further their education will seek to earn the GRI designation.

e-Pro (Electronic Professional) ? The e-PRO? certification program teaches members how to effectively use real estate technology and the internet to grow their business.

PMN (Performance Management Network) ? The PMN designation is built from the ground up to bring real-world skills, know-how and the tools that will keep the real estate business out front and on top of an evolving market.

SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource) ? SFR give the real estate professional the knowledge to maneuver the complexities of short sales. The Manatee county market consisted of 42% distressed property in the first half of 2012.

TRC (Transnational Referral Designation) ? TRC prepares real estate professionals to make and receive compensated referrals using the Transnational Referral system developed by the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations?ICREA.

WCR (Women?s Council of Realtors) ? The Council is a community of real estate professionals creating business opportunities, developing skills for the future and achieving individual potential for success.

We hope this has explained some of the acronyms used in our industry to give you a better understanding of our qualifications.
